Mr. Mark Cvitanich,
Managing Director of the IPS Group. Former
managing director of Dunlop SA and Everite
SA, Mark Cvitanich has 30 years experience
in managing businesses in tough and
competitive industries. Attention to detail
and the ability to professionally manage
companies have ensured the IPS Group’s
success in the South Africa parking and pay

Mr. Alexander
Schwarz, CTO of the IPS Group. He
has overseen the implementation and
subsequent success of our many successful
installations including, amongst others,
Johannesburg and Bloemfontein. Alex has
extensive experience in the management of
outsourced parking and pay phone business |

Ms Mariëtta Ross,
Financial Director. Ms Ross has been with
the IPS Group since its inception and has
extensive experience in the control and
auditing of parking and fine revenues. Her
hands-on attitude and approach are key
factors for the success of the outsourcing
