The product is targeted at the Wire Line Replacement market for business and residential homes.

The product is ideal for those geographical areas where there are no copper telecommunication cables or it is uneconomical to install them.

However, in many countries the growth in the cellular industry is resulting from wire line replacement. Furthermore, major cellular network operators are placing and augmenting their wireless products and services as they have seen the opportunity to increase their revenues by capturing a larger share of the wire line business from the traditional telecommunication companies.

Many businesses and consumers are now switching from fixed line use to cellular use and are negotiating an all encompassing package with their cellular provider. Replacing the users fixed wire line with the IPS module results in the user negotiating an economical package with the Cellular Network provider.

This module effectively replaces or eliminates the need for a fixed telecommunication cable. It provides dial-tone emulation and standard telephone equipment can be connected to it via the RJ-11 connector. It provides plug and play use of existing equipment through existing home wiring.

There is an optional rechargeable lead acid battery back up system in case of power failures.
